The manager Steven is very kind and made sure that I received the most for my trade and that I was able to get the lowest percentage for the financing of my vehicle. Charles, in finance made it easy to understand what I was signing for each document. Thank you for the awesome experience!!! I really like my Buick Envista. I will be keeping this for along time. Who wouldn't with a 200,000 mile or 20 year power train warranty. That is an awesome feature. My new car is great and rides very smooth. I will definitely tell people about GMC Buick in Folsom, CA for a great price, great car and great people to work with with no pressue. Those guys rock and deserve a raise.

My experience with GMC was not pleasant this time. I was told my car was ready after having the thermostat replaced., Came out to pick it up. Tried the air conditioner our before leaving and found only hot air coming out of the vents. Wound up sitting there for another 3 houjrs,,,,,

I had a warranty issue related to a tech bulletin. My truck has 9000 miles on it. I was told a loaner vehicle wasn’t available. I had to rent a vehicle. I was told I could submit it it for reimbursement. I did that and have never heard anything. Oh and the problem the truck had has returned. Very disappointing experience overall.

After waiting with my two kids for over 3.5 hrs and the truck maintenance not yet started, I had to cancel my maintenance and leave without the work done. There were at least two other people who came in before me that left before my truck even went back to get maintenance performed. This was a very bad experience, especially waiting with two kids.

Our appointment was for 10:00 and we arrived at 9:30. It was not busy and the check-in person said that it was not a problem. We had another appointment to go to. We were having an oil change and tires rotated. There was also an upgrade. We came back about 2:00 and the car was still not done. They said another 5/20 minutes. We went and got something to eat and I picked up the car between 4:00 and 4:30.

Part of the problem is that your message indicates that the service appointment for our Buick was on June 23, 2025 when in reality it was on June 2, 2025. This evaluation is in regard to that service appointment. On May 21, 2025, I brought my Buick Lacrosse to Folsom Buick to have my oil changed, tires rotated, and levels checked. After the job was done, I was informed by Pamela Liberty, my service adviser, that a timing cover leak was discovered. Since the repair would be very costly, I asked Pamela to check my GMC warranty to see if the repair was covered. (I was surprised that she had not checked my warranty coverage since Dave, another service adviser, always checked for me when expensive repairs were needed.) She checked and told me that the repair would be covered under my warranty. Realizing that the repair needed to be done expeditiously, I made an appointment for the warranty repair for June 2, 2025. When I arrived for my early-morning appointment on June 2, 2025, I was informed that the computer system was down. Pamela wrote up a service order, and I handed over my keys. During the day, I heard nothing from my service advisor although I left several messages, asking her to call me. This went on the next day without anyone answering in the service department, so I left two more messages for someone to call me back to let me know the status of my Buick. Finally, around 5:00, Pamela called my husband Gary and let him know that the car would be finished and could be picked up after she finished her paperwork. My husband then took me to the Folsom Buick dealership and waited for me until I was able to pick up the car. The first thing I said when I walked in was, “So, this repair won’t cost me anything, right? It was all under warranty.” Startled, Pamela presented me with a repair bill for almost $3,000 and then told me that she had forgotten to call the warranty department, which I would have reminded her about had she called me during the two days I heard nothing from her. I then asked her why she had not called when we discussed that it was covered under warranty. She had no logical reason for not calling, so I told her that I was not going to pay almost $3,000. She then told me that the warranty department was closed and that she would call them the next morning and send me an invoice with a zero balance the next day. She also told me that she would waive the $100 deductible on account of the fact that she had not called the warranty department. Well, I was not happy with the lousy service that she provided and called Scott, the service adviser, the next day to not only report her lack of customer service but also to let him know that she needed additional training before continuing in her role. Scott told me that he would call the warranty department the next day and make sure that the bill was covered so that I would not be held responsible for the warranty repair even if the dealership had to absorb the cost. Well, I woke up early the next day, expecting Scott to call me to let me know that he had talked to the warranty department, and everything was settled. Not only did he not call, but I had to call him and wait almost an hour on hold before I was able to talk to him. When I asked why he did not call as he told me he would, he replied that he had talked with Pamela Liberty about the matter, and she had told him that she had taken care of the situation. When he asked her if she had emailed the paid invoice to me, she replied that she had, which was not true! Scott had no reason to believe that her statement was not true; however, neither I nor my husband had received an invoice via email. Scott then apologized, scanned the paid invoice, and then emailed it to me. As you can see from the foregoing situation, my husband and I are not happy about how we were treated. Please provide training for your service advisers and callback options for customers who are seeking the current status of their vehicle repair. I believe that Scott, who is new to the position, discussed future options of text messages for customers to obtain information about their vehicle repair status, which would have been nice in my situation as I was left in the dark for two days, not knowing when my car would be ready for pickup.

I was in for an oil service, which this time included rear brake pad replacement. My appointment was at 9:30AM. I was told I could wait, and that seemed right because in the past, this service (oil only) has taken approximately an hour and 15 minutes. Adding the rear bake pad replacement, I was told it added another hour. However, on this occasion, my service to 4.5 hours. In the end, I was told that the service department was double-booked due to a third party now handling scheduling. Had I known that there was a booking issue, I would not have waited.

The truck runs and shifts perfectly now but it took 6 weeks with no updates. I would call leave messages and never once hot a call back if I wanted to know what was going on with my truck I had to show up in person. The customer service was terrible they had a different excuse every time I showed up . The truck is fixed so That's the one good thing that happened but 6 weeks seems crazy to me

We went in to the dealership to have our truck serviced. When we were there we told them that our door handle broke when we getting out truck a few weeks ago, so they would fix it. Not to happy this time around. Waited almost 4 hours for oil change, tire rotation and replace rear windshield wiper blade. They broke the windshield wiper and had to order the part. "OH just come back tomorrow" they said. I'm not upset about the broken part. Just annoyed I had to wait 3 1/2 hours. AND...they left their junk in my car. Ya..not the best this time around.

The staff is always super helpful and friendly. I appreciate that they point out potential problems. I was experiencing an issue, I thought it was related to what they currently were addressing, so I hadn’t mentioned it. During my appt they came to me and asked if I noticed this other issue. They told me what would happen if they didn’t fix it. Then made sure it was covered under my warranty and ordered the parts they needed. I am getting it fixed tomorrow. As I have been waiting for the parts to arrive, the car has been doing exactly what they said it would do. The last thing I want is to be broken down with an infant and small children in the summer heat, so I appreciate them pointing these issue out to me. Plus I always leave with a super shiny clean car!!

The time required for my oil change and tire rotation was excessive approximately 3.5 hrs. I requested that the vehicle be washed and when told the vehicle was done it had not been washed. It was sent back to be washed and after waiting an additional hour I told the service representative I could wait no longer and said to forget the wash. The service representative went to get the vehicle and found on it on lot. Apparently the wash had been done but the rep was not told. Poor service.

I had regular maintenance done on my 2017 Terrain. I was given a choice between a $3xx and a $4xx package. The service person suggested the $3xx package. I agreed. Then a little while later she asked about premium service. I didn't know what she meant. I just agreed. Not knowing it was going to add enough to take the total over $8xx. Not happy about this. I don't have a job and low on funds. Didn't need the dealership to cost me this much. Unhappy

Russel was great. My vehicle had an airbag recall. When I came in originally my part had not arrived. Russell took immediate action to follow up on the status of the part. He took my information and ensured me he would contact me himself once the part was received. He was a man of his word as he contacted me directly and scheduled me an appointment to have the recall fixed as soon as possible. I was expecting to not have my vehicle for the remainder of the day but the service was complete in a couple hours. Excellent customer service.

We had an appointment for a regular service at 8:15am. We were one of the first cars in and it took over 3 hours when there were no issues. This should have been an hour and not 3. Also, the service request on the Buick App does not work. I made two separate appointments through the app and received confirmations. Both of those appointments were later canceled for no reason. I then called the dealership and made an appointment for which I received an email and text confirmation. A couple days later, I then received another call from the dealership saying that I did not have an appointment and I need to schedule one. I had to call back and schedule a second appointment after Telling them that I already received a confirmation for the first appointment. They did not see the other appointment and made me make a second appointment. When I arrived at the dealership, both of my appointments were still in your system.

Made service appointment for 7am. Did a night drop, just to be able to get my truck back sooner. Horrible follow up with the progress of the truck. Just for a simple oil change, brake check and minor plug power (in bed). It took two days to get this done. I certainly will not be bring my truck back to Folsom. I'm sure the Roseville GMC will do a much better job. BTW the brakes are still squeaking. I also asked them to detail truck.............NOT DONE

I came in with codes diagnosed walked out without them, not fixed six hours later with recommendations that I was going to have to pay a couple thousand dollars on a car that I purchased from them 6000 miles ago under their used warranty. I was told only normal wear and tear is what I was going to have to worry about for the next six years. I’m still waiting to find out the final outcome but they keep sending a request for a review so I’m filling it out instead of ignoring it. It’s their third time that they sent one to me.

It took several mis steps to get scheduled for a GMC recall front grille clip. Three false starts based upon part to be ordered. Once scheduled it was estimated as 30 minute repair. After 3 hours in shop, I started to ask questions and got BS. At three and half hours I insisted that I had to go and got told adhesive was still drying so it was my responsibility if it failed and the service ticket was annotated as such . The cya culture and the patronizing manner of assistant service manager was appalling. I was incredulous when he got involved to help and he and service attendant had the wrong vehicle. He seemed to want to make the situation my fault (which it was only because I took the vehicle to Folsom GMC).I left and called in my complaint to a nicely spoken person (positive), but I have no confidence that may vehicle was even repaired or that a part was ever needed. The whole episode seemed to be to get vehicles in so that they can market service in response to the free multi point inspection. Not a good experience.

I had a scheduled appointment and left my truck for three days and rented a car. The service representative knew I needed my truck back. Three days later I never received an update call from the service representative and my truck wasn’t even looked at. I had to call multiple times because the service representative wasn’t proactive. I got my truck back two weeks later. Also, I was not informed by the representative that I could use my GM points which would have saved me a lot of money. Overall, it was an awful experience and the representative was disorganized and unprofessional.

I went to the dealer to drive a Canyon Denali. When I got there the trucks battery was dead and had to jump start. The truck stalled shortly after and required a new battery. I told them to call me when they had the problem resolved. I received a call and chance to drive two days later. We decided to purchase and had to use the paperless system. Very confusing and was not able to review documents with clarity to know what I was signing.

I have always had great service and support from your Service Team, especially from Dave Weller, Guy Kennedy, and Luis (not sure of last name); I must say though that in the last year, I have really noticed a "change" in the atmosphere there (a coldness) and unless I work directly through Dave W. If it weren't for Dave, Guy, and Luis and even Zeb, the shuttle guy, I may re-consider my thoughts at present. Still, Dave and Luis took excellent care of my vehicle as they always have since 2003. I still appreciate the service received from Folsom GMC Service.

I called in to setup service on my 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 for Saturday December 6th at 8:00 AM but when I showed up, I was not on the schedule. Although, the Service Writer that assisted me said she was able to get me in at 8 AM. I told her that I was going to wait for my truck and I asked how long it would take. She said it should be ready by noon or sooner. I explained the reason I requested an early service was because I had to be at an event at 10AM and that I needed at least a half an hour to get to the event. She said she would make note that I needed my truck by 9:30 AM and that she would inform the technician as well. My truck was completed by 9:30 AM as promised and I was able to get to my event on time. It's not often nowadays that people hold or meet their promises. Thank you to the Service team for making things happen and going above & beyond to ensure my truck's service was completed as promised. Kudos to the Service Writer and team.

The team is friendly and helpful, and they performed the work as described, but the cost for a basic level 15k tune-up these days is ridiculous and not as comprehensive as I remember in the not-so-distant past. Almost $1,000 and no fuel filter change? I called and was advised that this is not part of this package, despite my internal gauge showing 16% remains on my fuel filter. It would have been a solid upsell if called on it despite the additional cost of ~$250. My truck was returned without a wash, and I was told the wash bay was full. They never really do a great job anyway, but I was just disappointed it wasn’t offered, even if I had to wait.

Decent service. Waiting a few minutes before being greeting in the lobby. Aerobics advisor was nice. But I had to call to check status. When I pick up my truck it was parked under nasty trees dropping leaves and debris on my paint. The parts department loaded parts inside my truck which was really nice. So overall I am satisfied. I just wish dealerships or service companies these days would focus on the little details and prioritize customer service on a higher level.

Overcharged for extra service services like flushing coolant, exchange brake fluid, clean battery terminals, adding anti corrosion pads on battery for 20k service. Also included filling up the DEF, oil change, tire rotation and clean under body. BEFORE LEAVING NOTICED DEF WAS NOT FILLED OR ANY DEF ADDED BROUGHT IT BACK IN TO GARAGE AND THEY ADDED 3 GALLONS spilling over the side of the truck making it appear. It was overfilled. Got home noticed oil leak - inspected leaking from filter and under body was not cleaned , battery terminals weren’t cleaned no anti corrosion pads added, and DEF was still low by two lines. Had to bring it back in the following day Saturday (Touron’s day off) and they had to change the oil due to “bad filter“ and had to add two more gallons of DEF said they did clean the under body, but the battery pads weren’t in the “kit”. Reason for two stars versus one - because they made an attempt to fix the following day. After that serviceTouron, the service manager, gave me a quote on 4 new tires saying he would make it right giving me a good priceand I asked him to order them but have not heard back. Very dissatisfying.paying over $1,782 for a 20k service seems very excessive. I was willing to pay thinking I wasn’t being taken advantage of but believe very minor service was done not well for a very expensive price.

First time here since moving in Feb. Always used Stocktons GMC dealership with no problems, mostly. Didn’t have a good experience at all steps. Using GMC app, I made an appointment, got acknowledgment of it. An hour later I got notified it was canceled with no reason so I did it again the next day & it got canceled again, no explanation. Following day I made an appointment on this dealerships website. This time it took. Dropped off truck, aside from the overcrowding at the service entrance, I was treated pretty typical (ignored initially and then all good). Later that day received call that work not done & there was a need to keep it overnight (60k mile work). Next day picked up truck, got a $30 credit which was nice but the bill was $1,600. Then had to drive CAREFULLY thru a maze of parked vehicles to get out of the parking spot and then the lot! Nearly scraped 2 vehicles along the way. Got on the freeway and noticed the engine light was illuminated. Had to turn around to get that addressed. Lilly (very good rep) had to hunt down the tech and then the sup/mgr to figure out the problem, meanwhile I waited. Come to find out they didn’t reset the computer after cleaning the battery cables. Got the truck home and saw that the tech/techs left grease all over the hood and both doors. Unfortunately I had just spent $300 on detailing days earlier so you can imagine my disappointment over the lack of respect for my vehicle or me. It could be a ‘one off’ but there is little trust in this dealership. I’m looking for a regular dealership since my truck has never been touched by anyone else and even though this one is the closest, I plan to try Placerville next to see how they perform. Sorry but this interaction was very disappointing.

I dropped off my hummer ev for a tire rotation and I had concerns about my vehicle not having the most up to date software on Friday January 2nd at 330 pm. Lilly was extremely rude and combative about my software concerns. When she incorrectly conveyed my concerns to another coworker I corrected her and she snapped at me for correcting her mistake. Records show my rotation was done at approximately 545 pm on Friday but Lilly did not call me to pick it up. She did not call me Saturday either to let me know to pick up my car. I had to call on my own to find out that my car was ready. I probably will not be returning to this dealership for service or any future buying or leasing of vehicles.
